Certmgr.exe

I have a certmgr.exe that is about 10 years old but it is all command line that does not have a SILENT switch. I've noticed that the certgr.exe in Windows 7 when run will launch a GUI.

Does anyone have a certmgr.exe that is a command line utility that has a silent or quiet switch?

have a look at certreq.exe and certutil.exe
