CCTV View Screen or API for Service Desk
I'd like to know if there is a way to have a CCTV view screen or api in which to pull customized data that refreshes itself every so often from Service Desk in the K1000. For example, as a manager, I'd like to have a screen that shows me all opened tickets that are assigned or unassigned on a separate monitor on my desk that refreshes itself so I can keep an eye on what's going on while I'm doing other things. I currently use a product called OpManager from ManageEngine and they have a cctv view for server status which is great. I'd like to see something similar.
