Today I come back from a 2 week holiday and I want to log in to the Kace 1000, but I cannot anymore. It seems my user or password is wrong. My collegue could still login last friday and now she's not able either...

I deleted my user and re-imported it from the AD, I still can't log on. The only way to log in is to do it with the admin account.

Anyone with an idea? It would be helpfull.

I found it.

The LDAP connection was made with my own account. I've set it up in the beginning just to test and I never changed it.

I came back from holiday and I had to change my password, but I forgot about the LDAP connection which was still trying with my old password...

I changed it to a system account...


I can resolve it faster than you can answer here...
