Can you recommend a software package deployment system for RM CC4

I am using RM CC4 with Windows 7, the CC4 packager does not work well with Win7, Is there a packager or software deployment system that is suitable for RM CC4 and Win 7?

AdminStudio , ChangeBASE are tools that help you repackage applications for ANY deployment tool ( like CC4 , SCCM etc..)
