Can we Virtualise ABBYY PDF Transformer 2.0 application with out printer functionality ?

This application INstall Printer Driver. if we don;t have Printer functionality , No problem.

you can package the printer driver separately as an MSI and consider this package as a prerequisite for the ABBYY package.

So, yes you could do this.
