Can we use one image and inject drivers into it with the K2000?

Hello,

It has been asked at my organization if it was possible to sysprep one image and use that one image for several different computer models.  The idea is to inject drivers into the image during deployment using a script.  This way we only need to update one image and can deploy that image to several different models.

Currently, we use a different image for each model of PC in our organization.  I know the K2000 will pull drivers from its driver cache for Scripted Installs but I'm not sure it supports this for images.  Is it possible to use driver injections for images so we can use one image for multiple models?  And if it is possible, how would we go about doing that?

Thanks,

Sean

If you are syspreping the image you can do ahead or as mid level copy
