How to package Password protected applications like FolderLock........

What do you mean? If the installer is password-protected, you'll probably want to re-package it. If the application itself is password-protected (and one very much hopes that it is!), what difference does the packaging make?

FolderLock is NOT a password protected application, it is just an application which is used to lock folders on your system.
