Can we hide the downloads link in the left navigation bar so users don't see it when they log into the service desk user portal?
Our computer users are not allowed to download anything.
We want to hide the downloads link in the left navigation bar so users don't see it when they log into the service desk user portal. Can this be done?

You can go into the roles and hide access to the downloads section under the user portal. You can find this by going to Settings>Roles>Select Role>Expand User Console. You'll find the option there. - KACE_Irwin 7 years ago
