We have a paper form that gets filled out when a new employee starts. I was wondering if the K1000 could make a online form that users could fill out and then eitehr save the form and e-mail it or put that info into a new ticket.

While the K1000 cannot make a online form, it can take the properly formatted email from a web form to create a new ticket.  Check the Service Desk Administrator Guide, page 48, for how to create and manage tickets by email.
