Can the KACE agents communicate with the appliance without need to open port 52230?

We're exploring options to manage our inventory that is within and also outside our organization's boundaries. As such, some of the devices outside our IT network cannot open the port 52230 and get in. All they have available are port 80 and 443.
Is there a way around this problem?

52230 is necessary and unable to be changed in the K1000. https://support.software.dell.com/k1000-systems-management-appliance/kb/111775

It has been suggested on Uservoice to make this configurable, but it is not at this time:  https://kace.uservoice.com/forums/82699-k1000/suggestions/2970822-ability-to-specify-agent-port-traffic
