We have a KACE 1000 and the the graphs and widgets on the dashboard are great, but how can we customize them to meet our needs?

  • I don't believe it can. They are static.

Whilst the main dashboard area within the K1000 cannot be customised, check out www.kacedashboard.com. This product can be customised to show you more or less any data from your K1000, starting with the Servicedesk. It also has the ability to update your K1000 through workflows if appropriate
