Software Deployment

Hi all, i want to create a reponse file
For it I open the msi with tuner and frame was creating reponse.
The install starts jumps me and after some dialogs it he gives me the mistake.
"Instalation not complete, failed to create transform, no msi database is currently openned."
I have found very little information about this mistake. There is some way of avoiding it?
Does file can geenerar with some another program or of some another way?
