Can I hide ticket log from user?
I'm in the process of testing the Service Desk portion of the K1000 and would like to know if it's possible to hide the change information from the user's view of a ticket. This information is not necessary for the user. I know i can have comments only show for ticket owners but would like this extra log information hidden from users. Here is an example of what I'd like to see hidden if possible:
- Changed ticket Category from "Application::Issue" to "Application::Feature Request"
- Changed ticket Status from "New - Not Started" to "Closed - Resolved"
Each of these has a time stamp above it with the name of the person who made the change, whether it be the owner or the user. Any help would be appreciated.
