Can I change default sort on K1000 Inventory tab?

It used to sort by last sync and show me the most recent on the top, but ever since I upgraded the box to v5.5.90546 it sorts by last sync but the least recent is shown on top.  I'd like to have it default to most recent sync on top.  How can I fix this, or is this supposed to be a new "feature" of v5.5.90546.

Thank you,
awingren

I wish there was as that is annoying but I haven't been able to find a way to do that.

  • Ugh! That is really sad. It's odd that it would change with the update. We've had our K1000 since 2011 and I've been pretty diligent to update it as they release new updates. I've never had it reset the sort like that. :( Guess I'd better put in a feature request at uservoice... - awingren 10 years ago
  • Since SMal.tmcc pointed out the arrow indicates it *should* be sorted properly but isn't I agree with him that it is quite likely an unintentional change/bug. It would probably be good if you're having the issue as well to also submit a bug report. I'd expect that if more people report it, Dell KACE is more likely to fix it. :) - awingren 10 years ago

I think it is a bug so I just click on the last sync header till the arrow points up then down again.

  • Thought it was just our kbox also, we should do a bug report instead of a user voice - SMal.tmcc 10 years ago
    • Yeah I usually just resort it when I log in, but it's rather annoying.

I forgot about the bug report. Thanks, SMal.tmcc. I'll go do that too. Perhaps it'll help if there are multiple complaints. - awingren 10 years ago

    • That's why I like this site, when you have others working with the same systems you realize you are not going crazy. - SMal.tmcc 10 years ago
      • Agreed! It is nice to know I'm not going crazy! - awingren 10 years ago
