Can I add an additional time field?
I have a situation where some of my queue owners would like to see an additional time field that can be labeled something like " Expected start date" that would function like the due date field. I know we could to a custom text field, but they want an actual time field like due date if possible. Thoughts?

No this is not possible today. There are enhancements in the system to add this. Please open a support ticket to have your vote heard. The number is #10423
