Can I add a Hyperlink/UNC path/network drive to a queue?

We are working on creating a new employee process in our K1000 box and we would like to know if there is a way to add a hyperlink/UNC path/network drive to the ticket so the user can just click and be taken to the form.

We keep all of our forms in a shared network location and want to be able to link to that form so as we document items completed on the form others can see what still needs to be done.

Use a custom field. You'll find a Field Type called Link and put your URL as the Default value. Make sure the field is NOT set hidden or read only. I think you might be restricted to using URLs though.
