I need to create a ticket rule query that selects non-closed tickets, overdue, not Modified for 14 + days. My SQL's not good and I can't work out how to do this

something like

STATUS <> "Opened" AND STATUS NOT LIKE "CNR"
DUE_DATE < NOW()
MODIFIED < (NOW() - 14 DAYS)

Nearest I've got is below

For extra cream on top being able to compare the user who last modied the ticket to a label would be fab, but I can live without that!

Any help much appreciated

select HD_TICKET.*, DATE_FORMAT(HD_TICKET.CREATED,'%b %d %Y %I:%i:%s %p') as CREATED, DATE_FORMAT(HD_TICKET.MODIFIED,'%b %d %Y %I:%i:%s %p') as MODIFIED,
