Bugcheck error after Zerotouch

Hi, after a Zerotouch installation of a HP DX7300, it goes into a loop and reboots the whole time. This is after the OS, drivers and everything is loaded. I then unplug the NIC, logon locally and its all ok.
All my other HP builds are ok.
When I check the event viewer I get the following:
System rebooted. The bugcheck was 0x1000007e (0xc00000 0xa87e3a3a, 0xba51f924,0xba51f620)
A MiniDump file has been saved to C:\Windows\MiniDump folder.
I have the dump file if needed. But cant view it. Has anyone ever come across this?
Specs:
Win XP SP2
SMS 2003
WinPE2004

Found that it was the CPQSETUP.SYS file that was giving me an issue. Still investigaing a resolution.

HP Insight Manager was the guilty app. Removed from the Post-Install and fixed
