Booting Virtual PC 2007 with WIN PE 2.0

Hello guys, in order to capture WinXP installed Image using WIN PE 2.0, i booted Virtual PC 2007 with WIN PE 2.0.After progress bar finishes, an error occurs which is pasted on uploaded image.what kind of driver I am missing.Furthermore, using same WIN PE ISO file, VMWARE Workstation VM boots successfully.

Did you integrate any driver packs when you built the PE image?
