Best way to deploy hotfixes

Does anyone know the best way to package hotfixes in a Win2K environment for deployment via active directory GPO?

There are no other deployment systems in this environment apart from active directory.

I know your problem as I'm in the same boat.

We wrap the hotfixes in msi packages......thats your only solution unless you get some sort of Systems Management solution lie SMS or Altiris etc.

Yes I know, except that I've been having problems of late using custom actions to run VBScript and executables.

Do I use the execute Program from Installation to run these Win2K hotfixes. I've got 35 of them to run in a single MSI.
Rating comments in this legacy AppDeploy message board thread won't reorder them,
so that the conversation will remain readable.
