Best configuration for Scheduled Offline Kscripts to delete local KACE downloads and patches directories

I have offline kscripts that delete the local dell kace downloads and patches directories. I want to schedule them to run on machines but I don't want them to interfere with deploying Managed Installations or Patch Schedules. I want to schedule them to run at a certain time everyday (like 12:00pm). My question is, are kscripts allowed to run at same time a MI or Patch Schedule runs? And if so, would the kscript be able to delete the downloads/patch directories or will those directories be locked due to them being in use by the MI or Patch Schedule? BTW, I don't want to shrink the deployment window time for MIs.

Thanks in advance

If you go to http://k1000-IP-Address/systemui/konductor_tasks.php, you will be able to see all the current tasks / In Progress tasks that are running. Basically the Agent will execute one task at at time. Look at the Priority, this will tell you that which will run first compared to the other same task sets.
