BDE merge configuration (command line)
Is there a way to merge a bde configuration by a command line. The only way on this moment is by the BDE administrator menu. I want to deploy bde applications by Zenworks.

As far as I know, there is not. You would have to write your own utility to do this. I have stumbled across your very problem for a number of customers, but never found a utility that does this. Nor do I have the knowlegde of BDE to write it myself. If you do (or know someone who does), you could do a great number of 'repackateers' a favour...
The solution I normally suggest is to distribute a centrally maintained config file.

We use BDE here at work and although we do not merge configurations by command line, we do set a whole new config file by batch file that adds a line to the registry.
batch file:
net use J: \\server-name\LOGONSCR > nul
J:\regini J:\BDE.ini > nul
net use J: /d > nul
ini:
\Registry\Machine\Software\Borland\Database Engine
CONFIGFILE01 = REG_SZ N:\BDE\Idapi32_Win2k.cfg
If this is not at all what you are looking for, sorry.
