you need to get the real path for the link file, we are only autodesk 2014. This should give the idea of where to go and what to do.
This is for windows 7:
del "C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Autodesk\AutoCAD 2015\uninstall Tool.lnk"
