Auto Assigning Tickets to User Based on "Category" Field
I am attempting to set up the Service Desk in Kace.
I have various options in the Category Field. What I would like to do is have certain users be auto assigned tickets based on what category is selected.
We have two teams:
1. Desktop Administrators
2. Server Administrators
When someone creates a ticket for say the category "Password Reset"
I would like that ticket to be auto assigned to a particular user.
I just cant figure out the login, can anyone assist me?
