Auto Add Owner to new tickets

I have a queue set up in our ticket system that i would like to have a user automagically set as the owner of it. I am having some minor difficulties with the wizard as i have not had to interact with the rule creation or sql end of the system in almost 5 months. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Thanks chuck. I never noticed it before but when updating the category selection options in the queue configuration screen, It gives you the option to set the default owner.

You can do this via a rule or you can set a default owner based on the category. If you aren't comfortable creating a rule then setting the default owner via the category is probably the way to go.

Hi, did you try to create a label for your user and set this label as the default owner for that queue?
You can set the default owner label from the queue main settings page.
