Either I don't understand what you mean, or I guess Google messed up the quote above.
Does it work when you install it manually but not when installing it with your deployment tool?

What OS do you use? Windows XP, Vista or Win7
I've had problem installing it on XP (and I'm not really sure it's supported by Microsoft on XP.
I managed to get it installed by running the installer twice.


msiexec /i %msiname% /qb!
msiexec /i %msiname% /qb!
