Assign Tickets to Different IT Technicians in Systematic Way
I have Dell KACE K1000, the owner in my queue are 6 IT technicians. I already create a label for them, and the lablel members are the owners for the queue.
Now, After the user creates a ticket, I want to assign this ticket to the first person in the queue, the next ticket for the second, and so on...
How to make this rule applies on my queue ?
