Assessment and Planning Toolkit

I am running the Microsoft Assessment and Planning Toolkit. When running the Windows 7 Readiness tool it returns back only 35 machines. We have 700 machines at our company. How do you point this tool to your entire company? I don't see an AD tie-in. And if it pulls data from SCCM how do you point it to SCCM?
