Software Deployment

Has anybody successfully installed this product with a silent install? It ships with a wrapper called deploy50_799ga.exe. I ran that and managed to find the extracted source in "%userprofile% Local Settings\Temp\pftXX~tmp", which included a setup.exe. I then ran "setup.exe -r" to generate an ISS file. The problem is that it appears they have double-wrapped another setup.exe inside the first one, so there is actually a two part installation with a second instance of setup.exe launched when the first one completes. The ISS file appears to work just fine with part 1, but I can't get part 2 to work.

Any suggestions?
