K1000 Ticket Approval process
I'm new to Kace and I'm just wondering if this approval process is possible and if so, how do I set it up ?
We already have a helpdesk queue in place. Is it possible to add approval based on certain fields ? ie. if the submitter selects that they want new software installed, then it needs to be approved. If they don't, it doesn't require approval. And can the approvers be based on a field ? ie. if they select Legal dept from the department drop down list, the approval would go to the legal dept's manager.
