Application Manager -- after importing files getting a waring for every msi, though I can distribute the package through SCCM, but why the warning/issue is coming ?

the issue is marked with red box, the yellow colored warning is given and at the right side of the screen it is giving the error as the modification for the, '{0}', file differs , please let me know how to resolve the issue ... thanks a lot friends.

Answer Summary:
it's nothing but file misplacemnet. Files are not present at the path saved on the catalog, so, it's giving an error and can't be distributed. So, copy proper files to the saved file location and hence the issue is resolved.

Can you post the exact warning message.. I see there is something in between "modification" and "for the" in the above screen shot. but it is missing from your highlighted text.

Also the above screenshot is not readable except few entries.. Why dont you post only the warning message portion..
