Apple QuicktimePlayer V7.6.2

Hi All,
I have started sequencing of Apple QuickTime Player V7.6.2 using below command line,
START /WAIT MSIEXEC /I QuickTime.MSI ASUWISINSTALLED=0;SCHEDULE_ASUW=0;ISSETUPDRIVEN=1;REGSRCH_INSTALL_ASU=0;DESKTOP_SHORTCUTS=0 /QB
My aim is to disable updates from that application but all my trails are in vainL.
My issue is as follows, During monitoring phase, I went to Edit,Preferences,QuickTimePrefernces,Updates. I have unchecked that and ran the shortcut and Auto updates is unchecked. But when launch the same shortcut in client machine Auto updates is enabled. I have used picture taker and found that, user\Local Settings\Application Data\Apple Computer\QuickTime\QuickTime.qtp and C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Apple Computer\QuickTime\com.apple.QuickTime.plist are getting modified.
I removed CSIDL_LOCAL_APPDATA from exclusion list and package has captured it. Copied these files manually in the test machine and checked. Tried OSD script to copy these files into local machine at runtime, but all my trials are in vain. Not only these Auto updates, any option which is present in edit, preferences menu are not getting captured.
Could you please help me in resolving this issue?

Many Thanks in advance,
Siri

FYI, Apple release a couple of weeks ago 7.64.17.73. We are finding that this version has the apple updater even more imbedded...
