I have seen a 3rd party that does offer a solution to this. I haven't seen any demos or anything of the product itself though, but you could always try to contact them if you really want this:

As mentioned Wise does not support this, but if you have a significant number of applications to migrate to App-V, the Command Line option in the Sequencer tool developed by Microsoft can help. If you have App-V, this is a something you already own. App-DNA (shameless yet relevant plug for my company), has actually created a solution (www.app-dna.com/vam) around this tool to make the process faster and easier, called AppTitude Virtual Application Machine. In addition to helping create App-V applications, AppTitude provides really useful information on any application issues, fixes and general guidance on getting them to work.
