The App-V client is an MSI, so provide any configuration settings in an MST and deploy with SCCM.

Or deploy the MSI as is, and configure using GPO.

i cant find the download for Microsoft Application Error Reporting ...someone can help ?

There is a package KB article on this site for Application Error Reporting, which mentions what product the poster downloaded to grab this component - try that first.

Although.....just a thought - are you running the App-V client from the setup executable, which installs all pre-reqs first, or just from the MSI?
If just the MSI, then run setup and grab the pre-reqs from temp, or wherever they are dumped to before they install and they deploy them as pre-reqs to your App-V client MSI.

i installed all the pre-reqisist and when i start the app-v client stetup.msi i get the error " erroer 25016. you must specify a vaild local path for the Global data location" a did the samo on win xp and it works but on win 7 a get the error. whats the problem ?
