App not uninstalling
I have Packaged this app it works fine but on uninstalling the installer runs for a short time then bombs out.
Leaving the INSTALLDIR and all HKLM keys installed by the app.The name of the app is Midas Messenger.I have tried adding custom actions but it doesn't even get to run the custom action.Any help please

"App" includes a wide range of posibilities ... can you elaborate alittle on how you packaged this and with what means

Any error messages related to this application in the Application Event Log?

No errors in event log but getting error at end of uninstall error 2738 then it rolls back.

Well, if thats a Windows Installer error, then it means: "Could not access VBScript run time for custom action."
Thats a bad thing really. I've got a couple of questions for you:
1/ What Operating System?
2/ Can you confirm that the MSI isn't uninstalling WSH or a component (ie: a DLL or Registry key) to do with WSH or VBScript etc?
