    We are a university using Trend OfficeScan 11, we have professors leaving for the summer session. We would like to keep Trend up to date on their laptops. We have turned on roaming but when the laptops are taken off campus we receive the error " "Unable to connect to the server. There may be a problem with the server or network or the proxy information is incorrect" . Are you able to help us with this.
