install as per user or make a per user packager. If you are using Group policy then you can also restrict the user permissions for applications. But more than anything what you need to do is to be clear with your question.

Not sure exactly what you are asking.  If you are trying to make it so that someone logged into the K1000 and hide the inventory>software tab?  Or are you talking about a person logged into a Windows computer that would not be able to view all of the applications installed on that computer?
