AMP is not connected

the Advanced configuration, the client can not connect.
Anyone can help me

If AMP is not connecting, you need to verify that port 52230 isn't being blocked (by a client firewall or network device). I'd suggest creating a support ticket, but there are some troubleshooting steps you can try (KACE will ask you to go over this doc anyway).

check if the .net framework service is running
