Hi all:

Well, I've finally taken the plunge and plunked down $125 to take an Altiris Certified Professional exam. I will be taking the Wise Package Studio 7 exam, part of Track 3: Software Repackaging & Distribution. Part of this decision is based on the fact that my current consulting company provides an education budget, which I might as well use. Also, I figure it might give me an edge down the road, as far as getting an assignment or a higher rate.

My questions to the ACP certified people on appdeploy: was the exam hard? What study guides did you use? What parts of Wise Package Studio were most concentrated on the exam? The free online one is kinda lame, but I don't want to necessarily pay bunches of money to study for something I (mostly) already know. The PDF help files are very large, so it would help if I could direct my study efforts to best use.

Thanks in advance and "happy packaging!"

I am planning to take WPS 7.0 ACP certification. I am looking for books or links where I can find study material for this exam. Suggest any BOOKspecific for this exam.

Thanks in advance

Has anyone on AppDeploy taken the WPS 7.0 exam and if so how was it and were you able to find any additional studying or practice test materials? I've been working with WPS for 8 years now and the exam should be fairly simple for me but just wondering how you guys found it.

Well I new to Wise Package Studio 7 (3 Months new) but was stuck on the Course in the UK which was fantastic gave me all the basics to start with.

Went thru the workbook and sample material provided to us on CD-Rom instructor told me that give a week or two and I be ready for the exam !

I am no where near the standard of some of the users here but I know enough to get by.

Please PM me and I will see I f I have any Material not copyrighted you can use.
