alternative to Setpoint download or CD

I lost my Setpoint software after surrendering and receiving a new laptop as part of the company's leasing program policy.  It's also company policy that no outside software download is allowed, since Logitech is not on our approved list of software although we can order Logitech mice/keyboards on approved catalog.  CD download is also not allowed.

Is there any way to locate and paste the Setpoint program in a text file so I can use it to program my mouse and keyboard.  I use the following: MK750 combo (solar keyboard and M705 marathon mouse) which lost a lot of functionality without the Setpoint program allowing programming of the buttons.  I was so dependent on the ability to push the scroll button to the left to effect CTRL+ c and to the right CTRL + v as my normal tasks involve hundreds of cut and paste functions.

Any idea, anyone?
