if ALLUSERS Pro'y set to 5 through command line. what will be status? it will give any error or it will take whic defult value (0,1 & 2)?

i have tried the follwoing cases..
app.msi have ALLUSERS=0 or 1 or 2
when i have tried with this following command
msiexec /i app.msi ALLUSERS=5 /l*v "C:\l.log" /qb
i have checked log file after complete installation. finally ALLUSERS goes to set=1.
