Allow users to WOL their machines
Do anyone know of a way for users to be able to send a WOL via their login to the service desk. We would like users to be able to create a VPN session via their home machine and be able to wake their office PC by logging into the service center. As we run flexi time we have no idea when a user will be online but want to make sure that if they are not online their pc is off. Has anyone managed this perhaps a helpdesk rule triggered by a new ticket being raised by the user?
