Good morning to all!

Anyone help me to isolate the problem to our kbox1100.. we encountered this error/alert "Alert!:http/1.0 500 Internal Server Error"..

this alert prompt after we upload the template, after we done it were unable to access our box on its gui.. we tried to reset the box/unit but nothing happen. is there any one who know to resolved this concern/issue?[:(]

The error points to a failure of the Apache server to start. Please open a Ticket with KACE Support to have an engineer work with you to resolve this issue:
