ahcix64.sys cannot verify digital signature - SOLVED

Hello all,

I have a scripted Windows 7 64bit UK installation deployed on a Dell Optiplex 790 machine.
I updated the K2000 drivers with the 790 NW & storage drivers, the WinPE Drivers A02 & A06.
Reloaded and created a new 64 bit KBE.
Everything runs and installs OK, but when W7 reboots after initial installation with unattend.xml the next error appears :

Windows boot manager
Windows failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might be the cause. To fix the problem :

Insert your Windows installation disk... click Repair... etc...

File: \Windows\system32\DRIVERS\ahcix64.sys

Status: 0xc0000428

Info: Windows cannot verify the digital signature for this file

As far as I know, this is for the 64bit RAID driver. The WinPE A06 package I used was listed in the Optiplex 790 list, assuming all necessary drivers are present. Choosing ATA or AHCI in the BIOS doesn't help, formatting with the bootsect /60 of /52 option doesn't help. So... HELP [8|]

P.S. Deploying a W7 system image to the same machine works without problems!
Can I sign the driver as explained in http://itninja.com/question/guide-to-signing-unsigned-drivers ?

In the Feed and A02 drivers update on the K2000\drivers were drivers for the RAID controller with the ahcix64.sys files on them.
Since I noticed those drivers were not on the 790 when installing W7 from the CD, I removed the ahcix folders from the drivers.
Reloaded the drivers, created a new KBE and rerun the scripted install. Error gone!
Rating comments in this legacy AppDeploy message board thread won't reorder them,
so that the conversation will remain readable.
