After upgrading to KACE server 5.4 sp1 or v5.4.76848, all agents show offline. Not able to upgrade agents.

What version are your agents?

    • There are a few 5.3 versions. Could you be more specific? Did you update to at least 5.3.53177 before the update?
      • yes it is 5.3.53177
      • They're showing all offline as in they don't have the AMP connection? If that's the case I wouldn't worry about updating them right now. It sounds like you have bigger problems. I know immediately after my server update not all showed the AMP connection, but it just took a little time for them to connect back.

Did you check to see if there is anything wrong with the DNS record for the KBOX? Standard ping test...etc.? I know you may have already tried this but rebooting the KBOX

 

If you need to call support they are going to run you through those tests anyways so you are better off trying them now before calling them because as dugullett has mentioned, you have bigger problems that might need support.

 

we upgraded ours to 5.4sp1 and added the fix with no issues. 

Are you running SSL?
