I tried using that also, but I wasn't able to figure out how to use it. If you're main goal is just to create an mst, try using Wise InstallTailor. However, you can't edit the mst that you have created. You have to use a different program for editing.

I am unable to find that file either. Hopefully someone will post an answer

when you have downloaded the full-installation-file open cmd.exe and execute the file with

adberdr70_lng_full.exe /s
(lng means the downloaded language - for me it is DEU -> German)

The Package will extract to:
C:\PROGRAM FILES\ADOBE\ACROBAT 7.0\SETUP FILES

Now open the Adobe Reader 7.0 Install Shield Tuner and open the Rdr70.itw File
in the folder above and then in the Folder RdrBig\lng (again your language...)

Now you can change everything you want....

The file is with the installation. On the CD it should be @ %CDDRIVE%\Adobe Acrobat 7.0 Professional\
