Adobe PS Elements V3 Error
When I run the Adobe Photoshop Elements V3 install with the MSI, I receive an error on launch of the application regarding not able to find MSVCR71.dll in the specified path.
However, if I run the Adobe Photoshop Elements V3 install with the setup.exe which then spawns the MSI, it will launch fine.
How can I create and apply a Transform to the MSI when it doesn't work without the setup.exe?
Has anyone else experienced this with this application?
