Adobe Photoshop Elements 4.0

I am about to look in to this and was wondering if anyone has done this and could let me know of any issues that they have found while doing this snap.

I'm now in the middle of packaging Adobe Photoshop Elements 4.0 and need some help from you guys:
- how did you disable Registration
- how did you disable the automatic updates

Are there any easy to change propertys within the .msi or registry keys?
