Adobe Photoshop CS3 10.01 update

Does anyone have any experience with the 10.01 updater? I didn't see any mention of it in the package KB. Is this MSP based, or some sort of proprietary patcher? I'm putting together an enterprise deployment package for PS CS3 and want to include this update, thought I would prefer to apply it using Windows Installer rather than a patcher.exe if that is all it is.

Any notes or insight would be appreciated. Thanks!
