How to disable this Welcome Screen ? Another solution than click "dont show next time..." will be good.

Find the registry setting for what you want. Or make a snapshot of the operation when you click 'don't show next time'.
It's also possible that the settings can be found in the user profile. That was the case with Illustrator CS.
